I found the pizza a little greasier than I like but all in all not a bad place
Food is fantastic. Servers and cooks are great but it's obvious that the Manager and owner are very incompetent. Not uncommon at... all to not have an item unavailable due to insufficient ordering of products. Plus there is a HIGH turnover in staff and workersare treated very poorly with obvious favoritism. Went for their wings on Sunday tasted fantastic. Our server Roberto was the best you could ever have, if you ever end up at this... location this is the guy you want to serve you! Tremendous guy and funny. Read more
I'd like to give a better review, but... We usually order from the Lorette location, but my husband was driving through... Niverville and we decided to give it a try for his birthday supper. Originally tried ordering on the mobile app, but it wouldnot let me specify "no wings" in our Jumbo Bucket, which we always do using the app when we order from Lorette. So I called inthe order, and the very polite gentleman said that would be no problem. Paid for the order, came home, and found 4 wings in thebucket. We hate wings! Also, the fries were just sitting loose in a paper bag that was so saturated with grease that the bagsshredded when I took them out of the bigger bag (luckily I had noticed and had a big dish ready for that). Called to let themknow they had given us the wings that we specifically asked not to have. Guy was polite, said he was sorry and promised it wouldnever happen again. Again? We will not be going to this location a second time. Very disappointed. When you order fast food takeout, it should be made to order, or should be replaced (we spent $100). I would have never expected the chicken place, to have one of the best pizzas in town! First time getting delivery was... suprisingly fast and hot, and when I typically dine In (or rather lounge on the patio) the service is always superb! Think Imfeeling a poutine coming on rn ;) Read more
I called and placed an order at 4:40pm and was told it would be ready for pick up 5:20-5:25. My son went to get it around 5:30... and was told that the order was made to be ready for 6:20. When I called to find out what the problem was, they said now itwould be ready in 15 minutes (5:50). No explanation what happened and no apology. Read more
