My partner and I happened to find Sachi Sushi when searching for Ramen near Boulder back in early March. This place is a hidden... gem. They only have ramen on Sunday?s but you can tell how much love and effort is put into their ramen. We always get the spicymiso ramen. I am not a fan of spicy things typically, but it?s not very spicy. To me, it?s just extra flavorful. I literallyrefuse to get Ramen anywhere else because nothing compares. We come every Sunday because we can?t get enough (unless we are outof town, which in that case, we literally daydream about the ramen until we can have it next). We also get California rollsevery time as well. I know a California roll is pretty basic, but somehow it just tastes so fresh and perfect here. I?m on cloudnine every time we come. They are so wonderful, so kind and sweet. We will forever be regulars as long as we live here. Thankyou for sharing your wonderful talents with us! Read more
The ramen was so good! Also had the uni and it was SO FRESH. Das some good uni. It was prepped so well. And the curry puff was... fantastic. The lovey owner-couple are so sweet and a real treat to talk to. So nice! Read more
Decent sushi and sashimi. The sushi pieces were very thin, more like 5/8? rather than 1? wide. Waitress was nice but forgot to... bring the soup and salad until after I got my entree. Read more
When I worked for Amazon and did my deliveries, I specifically asked for the route that would take me as close to here as... possible!! I ate lunch at Sachi Sushi EVERYTIME I was in town!! Didn't matter I brought food or not, I'd be stopping!! The currychicken is the best curry chicken I've ever had!! It was different when I first came and would pick off the pickled cabbage (Ibelieve that's what it was. Its been a while since I've gone) but after I tried it again, I would clean the plate! Chef wasalways so sweet and so nice! Remember my order when I got in line and would get food out quickly! It was always busy when Iwent, as it should be, and fairly priced!! Wonderful place to eat lunch in a great little town!! 10/10 recommend this place toall my coworkers who did this route and never heard a bad thing!! Miss coming out here and getting food!! Sachi features traditional Osaka style working class sushi. They have the BEST sushi in the region, unless you want to go... bankrupt on pearl st.... And even then I don't know if there's anyone better. SUPER!! THANKS SACHI - WE LOVE THE SUSHI. Read more

Waiting time too long for us regardless of the food. We came here and waited for 40mins and nothing showed up. We checked with... them 4 times and finally they started making our ramen. People who came after us got there food and they finished their food andleft, we are still waiting now. Very disappointing. Food finally here. Ramen was very bland and soft.
