I love opportunities such as this one... A chance to open the eyes of company/franchise owners and inform them of things no... ordinary customer would see. First, this store has two MAJOR issues... A GM that is never a true GM (gives herself weekends offand is fraternizing with a subordinate, who doesn't show up for shifts and still has a job)... AND... The kitchen subordinatewho doesn't show up for work OFTEN yet still has a job. As a former employee of a Casey's, I know what standard of practice Isrequired and I know that that standard is top quality in OTHER stores (especially in a no fault state such as MO where you don'tneed a reason to fire a person), I am surprised the company still has either of them working here. This store's hours are5am-10pm, yet for several weeks, on Saturday and Sunday, nobody arrives until after 6am... I'm told, that this is because, theopening cook doesn't come in on weekends that he is scheduled... On these days... When the GM should cover and make sure thestore is open, doughnuts made, and profits earned, she can't be reached... I arrived yesterday to see a poor new hire standingoutside the building for over an hour, saying he was told to be there at five for training and nobody showed to train him...Today, I saw the same guy, standing outside, waiting. I pulled in again and asked him if he was going to wait again... Iunderstand he has good work ethics, too bad the business doesn't. Hopefully, my review, will see some changes happen. Listen toyour customers/profit losses. Fire both people and help yourselves. Read more
The employees are friendly an quick. The pizza I ordered came out of the oven as I walked in the door. There rewards program is... awesome. You save on the everyday products that you would buy anyway an earn your points an buy your gas an get even more freerewards every day. Read more
Terrible service on pizza. Ordered twice from this location and both times I came to pick up my pizza at the designated time... only to find out my pizza hasn?t even made it to the oven yet. I say tear this Casey?s down and build a new Kum & Go at thislocation Read more
Generally clean and well mannered staff. The kitchen staff is a disaster though, it's very frustrating when some days at 12:30pm... they have lunch items out and other days it's still breakfast by 1pm. I wouldn't rely on the kitchen for lunch because whoeveris cooking seems to cook whatever they like the most, at the same time Casey's is supposed to be a staple for convenient anddecent food. I understand there is a short staffing issue but at the same time I'll see 3-4 employees in the store but only onerunning register and another the kitchen. Even more frustrating if a line builds up I've seen numerous times a third employeekeep chatting with kitchen or stocking instead of helping and pleasing customers. Read more
Terrible Service. Placed an order for delivery and at two hours later, nothing. Called location and was told they have nothing... to do with it and it?s door dashes fault the order has been sitting there for over an hour. I stated if Casey?s subs out theirdelivery service to door dash shouldn?t they be responsible for at least notifying the customer that the delivery is runninglate? Was then advised nope they have nothing to do with it. Read more
Gas station itself is fine. Car wash is terrible. Left soap all over my truck after the "rinse". The rinse and air dry go at the... same time leaving water spots all over the glass. Anywhere with chrome or glass has oily soapy film streaks down the sides ofthe truck. Not a good experience, will have to go through another wash and spend more $ Read more
Solid, not spectacular Casey?s. Facility is on the older side compared to some in the area, but overall it?s clean. Never had a... problem with fuel pumps, and the car wash actually does a really good job. (Lots of options from basic to deluxe) I can?t speakfor all the food, but donuts, regular pizzas, and breakfast pizzas are all really good and this is our go-to Casey?s for thoseitems. Read more
Female Casey's worker was banging on bathroom door while I was going to the bathroom and would not stop harassing me to get out... of the bathroom because she left her phone in there. I thought workers weren't supposed to be on their phone at work andespecially not harassing customers to leave to get it out of the bathroom. Read more
