My food was made right but I didn?t order much anyway. Thing is, looks like the place is just run by a bunch of bros that just... goof off all day and nothing ever really gets done. Stopped in the drive through tonight & had a great experience as usual. My husband and I actually stop here a few times a month... for a super late dinner & the employees are always so friendly. Hardly ever have a mistake & when we do they?re quick to make itright. Keep up the great work! Read more
I really enjoyed this location for the past three years. However the last couple of times we've gone (currently 10/13/2022) have... seen a major decrease in quality. The food items are oddly dry like they've been under a warmer for a long time and the itemshave very little filling. The burritos for example are flattened as opposed to more cylindrical not because they were flattenedbut because there isn't enough filling to hold their shape. My son loves Taco Bell. Since we live in Nixa we frequent this location. In a time where most fast food restaurants seem to be... employed and managed with less concern for great product and service, THIS Taco Bell always has friendly employees at the drivethrough window and prompt service. We ordered a box of hard shell tacos 12 of them extra cheese extra tomato gotten either we found out after we got home that... there was just a little bit of hamburger and barely any cheese called the store and said if I come in he?ll let me have my tacosagain but who likes tacos two days in a row. I?m gonna be calling Taco Bell?s corporate offices this is ridiculous they don?tmake these look like the ones they do on TV that?s for sure. I don?t think you?ll ever eat at Taco Bell again. One of the worst meals for the price ever. We spent $30 there this evening. Beefy 5 layer Burrito were lacking the average... amount of ingredients and the tortillas were cold. Crunchwrap lacking average amount of ingredients and literally throwntogether. The minuscule amount of ingredients that were in both were piled on one side, the other side just tortilla. Ordered 6crunchy tacos and paid $1.00 extra on each taco to change the beef to chicken and barely any chicken on the tacos. Felt as if itwas an inconvenience that I was there. Staff is horribly rude and unprofessional. Placed an app order which included nacho fries. The only offered to substitute chips... and cheese or cinnamon twists which is a big downgrade. They were very rude about it and I had to go back in because our orderwas wrong. No one was at the counter helping people and I could hear the employees talking very poorly about me while I wasstanding right there. I called them out and tried to deny it and apologize. This was Sunday evening December 4th a little before7 pm if the store manager wants to make this right. Read more
