When we visited the restaurant they did not appear very busy. Took a while to get our food. The tater tots were very salty and... the chicken was very small pieces, not a lot for a large sized item. The rest of the food was delicious! Read more

I personally don?t see it, but the sonic employee who answered the phone when i called found it HILARIOUS that we had been... sitting outside for half an hour. They also chuckled when i suggested potentially getting a refund on the food that i never got.This location is only untrained teenagers with managers that sit in their cars on smoke breaks while customers aren?t served. I ordered #1 and wanted mayo snd mustard, got no mayo and missing veggies, got a replacement and got same wrong burger. I asked... for refund and the super would not give me cash back. Waited forever for they would even take my order then they started taking orders from people who had arrived after I had pushed... red button finally got tired of waiting to be even acknowledged that I was even there so I left. Their service has always lackedbut this was ridiculous. Read more

I've been to this location twice, left disappointed both times. Waited 24minutes for two plain double cheeseburgers and 3pc... chicken strip. Opened the bag to find that I was shorted a plain double cheeseburger, and the chicken strips. Pressed the orderbutton, to wait 3 minutes for someone to get on the speaker and tell me they'd let the manager know. Waited 14 more minutes forthem to bring me 3 chicken strips and a chicken wrap. I had to explain while showing them the receipt, that it was a super sonicdouble cheeseburger I needed. 3 mins later I was brought another burger, but it was STILL wrong. I was given just a single pattyburger. What in the world is going on at this location? Read more

Sonic in Noble Oklahoma has the absolute worst customer service of any branch I have been to. Rude, disrespectful employees.... Wait time is ridiculous. I've even had drive through employees tear the free drink coupons off of the bottom of my receipt (whenthey were giving them out). I had to leave this morning without my paid order to keep from being late to work. Never again willI stop here. If I could give negative stars, you would have earned them today. Read more
