These pics don't do justice to the experience had. The Pow Wow shrimp appetizer was tasty. The side dish of grits was excellent.... My wife had the filet. My ribeye was cooked to perfection. This was one of the best meals I've had in quite a while. I can'tremember my servers name; which is the only negative aspect of this review. She was accommodating, friendly and knowledgeableabout the menu. Another trip up there is in the near future. Destination location. Worth the 30 minute drive. Read more

The place looked great. Not for sure on the food. As you can see in the pictures there wasn't anything special about the food. I... ordered the Bacon Dijon Chicken. So it was a breast with cheese laid across with a real tough piece of bacon. It tasted ok. Butfor the price it did not make sense. But I think you should try the place. And the staff was great. Easter Sunday, afternoon and the restaurant is pretty darn busy. We almost didn't stop in because the parking lot was so full... and we really did not want to wait in line. As it turned out the bar seating was totally empty so we got right in. I had orderedthe Cajun catfish on a bed of rice and a side of green pepper grits. Great Sunday lunch at our local Aspen Creek! Andy was our server and had such a cheerful, positive personality! We were welcomed... so kindly and he was prompt with everything! Our appetizer was delicious (forgot to take a pic) and meals were excellent! I hadthe fish tacos which are YUMMMMY and my husband had the Jambalaya Pasta which he thoroughly enjoyed! We are sat within 1 min of arrival at 6:00 PM. Waitress Kyla was friendly and attentive to our table. Excellent comfort food!... This place has so many different options from filet to fried chicken, to pasta to fish. Healthy food options are also available.Desserts are fantastic, but didn?t have the appetite tonight! Cole was spectacular regarding his Customer Service! He was very patient and his listening skills were top notch! The food was... good as well and it did not take long at all to come out! He was very prompt in bringing out additional sauces or plates! -TheCatfish was nicely breaded but could have been cooked a little while longer but it was good! -The Fries were a little greasy butthey were still good! -The Old School Angus Burger was finely cooked was very good as well! -And the Pork Chops were TheBest! Awesome. First time customers, my husband and I. Joe was our waiter. Service and the food was excellent. We had fried... mushrooms and my dinner was the jambalaya and my husband's had salmon. Both with sides which we were told were prepared fromscratch. The serving size was large. We could have shared our meal if we would have known. Everything was fresh and delicious. Read more
