If they're open during business hours, they're only serving half the menu. I ordered 2 whoppers meals with cheese. Paid on the... app. Get to the window, and the worst manager in the world, tells me they're not serving whopper meat, but he could fix mechicken. I told him to forget it, and not run my order. After I drove off, he ran my order anyway, and put $18.00 in his pocket.I reported the discrepancies with Burger King a week ago. And no one has bothered to call to resolve my problem. Read more
Need to get employees who can read the screen and make the order correctly. If the order says - CHS Amer then don't put the... American Cheese on the sandwich. Not everyone can eat dairy products. Read more
Our first experience here was not great, but we hadn?t been in a while and wanted to give them another try. We ordered four... meals and they were all cold. The bread on the whopper was dry and hard, and our sodas were basically soda water. Everything allaround was just aweful!! I?m not sure why they can?t get it together. Read more
This Burger King saved my night after a terrible experience at the Pinheads bowling alley across the street. Fast food reviews... are usually just people complaining and do not get enough love for when they get it right. Consistently the worst fast food experience in town! Its not uncommon to sit in the drive thru line at the speaker for 5 minutes... and still not talk to anybody! Couple that with the fact that they only get you order right about 50% of the time and you getthe picture. If my son didn't dig the Chicken Fries, I would NEVER come here! Read more
