Ordered pizza online tonight, it took two hours to deliver. Didn?t call us, wouldn?t answer their number, no apology. ????
WOULD GIVE ZERO - SLOWEST, VERY POOR SERVICE & MANAGEMENT! Pick up at 15 mins had us waiting almost an hour??? What's wrong... with the management?? With all the overwhelming 1 star reviews of unhappy customers - you still don't get it?? You ppl are notat par with all other locations & pizza shops. Amp your service in this location - otherwise, do not accept online orders ifyou can't keep up so you don't waste customers' time! Read more
Ordered 8/12 gave me expired sauces for my food. Ordered boneless wings I was served deied out crumbs for My wings. Original... bone in wings were rubbery and bland. I can't believe this place is still in business. Just reminded me why dominoes is usuallynot an option for my family- the food sucks Read more
Very dissatisfied..asked for a Brooklyn hand tossed which traditionally comes in a16 inch. Got regular Domino's not hand tossed... in a14 inch pie. Lacked flavor. Not NY pizza at all. They used to have a great Brooklyn pie. Haven't been there in years. Won'tbe back..I guess that because the person who took my order gave me the daily deal, I didn't get what I wanted. I thought oftaking it back, but wasn't worth the hassel.. Don't think they really have anyone working there that can throw a NY pie! Badexperience. Never had a big problem with the food. It's hot and tasty when we get it. BUT the past 2 times we have tried to order food... online (to get the domino points) it is horrible. It seems to be an ongoing thing as well after ready others reviews. 1st timewas week ago or so. My husband was wanting a Brooklyn style pizza. Ordered online and it took money from our account, even saidat the end "making your order" Got a call about 10 - 15 min later saying they didn't have a driver. So he had to get dressedand go get the pizza. I don't think the delivery was taken off either. I know it's only 5$ but still not the point. Then today6/12/22 I told my husband to call and see if they have a driver. He called no one answered then we got sent to a third partysaying "yeah that store is open let me connect you to them" before we could say anything we got sent back to the store. Againwaiting for about 10 min so we hung up. Ordered online, took the points, and our payment, said making your order. Then 10 minlater our order was canceled. We called the number again this time it says.. we see you placed an online order with us, ourstore is currently closed try back again when we are open. Thank you. I ordered online. An hour later it still said it was in prep. I tried to call but but after 15 minutes with no response, I... drove over and found one poor girl being the ONLY person there. She was working as fast as she could but I was one of 10 peopleinside waiting to be waited on. The delivery guy came in and I am guessing he was the only drive tonight. He started waitingon people. I asked him were they were on my order and he said it was in works. I asked if they had started it yet and he saidno. So I had him cancel my order. I told him that poor girl has too much on her plate right now. I drove across the street toPizza Hut. No wait. Sufficient number of staff members to help as well. Who ever manages this store, What would leave theplace open when you don't have the staff to work. By doing this you have put your store in a bad light. Very disappointed. Read more
