Waited while a staff member looked for ketchup containers at my request while I waited for my food. He came back 5 minutes later... and started doing something else. I asked him why and he said" I couldn't find any" and walked away. Flagged down another guyand got a refund for my fries. Good thing since they were old, soggy and cold. The hamburger was also cold and this was 6pm on abusy Saturday night. No excuses, never going back again. Read more

The Double Bacon Burger & fries are amazing along with the bacon/chocolate milkshake! The service was average for a fast food... place that makes everything to order. I found the milkshake area and odd placement as that is a separate pick up area and youkinda have to go around people to pick it up. Over will be coming back for good food and milkshakes! Parking in the area is alsoconvenient and not too much of a track! Read more
We usually order from another location but the Noblesville location was more convenient this evening. Ordered online and picked... up our order immediately. First time we have ever had a barely warm Five Guys burger. It did not appeared to have been preparedfresh. The cheese was not even melted on the hamburger patty on both burgers purchased. Perhaps the quality has changed withthis Five Guys location - Noblesville. Read more
