Grindstone Public House is in a historic building dating into the 1800's. The owners did a great job of keeping that old charm... while providing excellent food in hearty portions. The service was friendly and attentive. This is a great location for dinnerwith friends after a long day at work Read more

Very disappointing and underwhelming. Visited 10/11/2022. Had table booked in advance for party of 8 to celebrate a birthday. We... were seated quickly and drink orders taken. After that we waited about 30 minutes for our food order to be taken. When thewaitress finally came around we ordered appetizers as well as entrees (we ordered entrees at the same time as the apps as weweren’t sure how long it would be before we saw the waitress again). We specifically requested that the appetizers be broughtbefore the entrees. Another 30 minutes pass and finally the appetizers arrive cold and looking stale. Within 30 seconds, cold, stale entrees come out. We mention to the person running the food that we’d asked for the appetizers to come before theentrees. She proceeds to give us a dirty look and says “I mean I can put them back under the warmer if you’d like”. Veryrude and made the experience awkward. We decided not to make a fuss and tried to eat the cold, stale food that had clearly beensitting out long after it had been prepared. We paid the $250 check and left a fair tip. Total waste of money and very negativedining experience. Don’t think any of us will be returning and will be negatively recommending to others. Read more

A nice clean comfortable place to dine. The stuffed mushrooms are AWESOME! The staff is very nice and friendly ( even Tom )... Thank you for a very nice dinning experience. The only reason I didn't do 5 stars is because they have unisex bathrooms... justdo not care to share bathrooms Read more

Great service, cool environment & vibe inside. Had the fried green tomatoes, stuffed mushrooms, & the 14oz ribeye. Not the best... steak I've ever had, but was still good. The apps were pretty good. Decent prices as well & would go back again to try otherthings. Read more

Happy with my experience here, the bartender was friendly and the food was pretty good. I got the tenderloin and enjoyed it... quite a bit, the breading was flavorful and crispy, the tenderloin could have been a bit thicker but it also wasn't thin. TheFrench fries were fresh and good! Overall a good experience Read more

Well, I managed to find a diamond in downtown Noblesville! I first have to compliment the owners on the decor and design, it's... very beautiful inside and comfortable. We started with the stuffed mushrooms which were some of the best mushrooms I have everhad. They were much larger than expected and very delicious! I had the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. Themeatloaf was really good and the sides were spot on! My guest had the tenderloin and green beans and it was probably the besttenderloin I have ever tasted and the green beans were simply amazing! I would have given a sixth star for this restaurant if itwere an option. Staff was super nice and the drinks were perfect! If you're looking for comfort food look no further than thisspot. Read more

Well the bar has officially been set! No longer will we foodies deal with inadequate ambiance, lackluster bland food and not so... great service! Grindstone EARNED this 5 star review hands down by providing a draw dropping setting, eclectic menu andphenomenal customer service (shoutout to Whitney). There are multiple levels, and you get a different prime viewing fromanywhere you choose to sit. If you need privacy, they have that covered as well. Booths, tables, at the bar, you name it,you’re gonna be comfy! For food I had the shrimp cocktail and Buffalo eggs (which were a first - so unique and tastes exactlyhow you think it will). For the entree I tried the creamy jambalaya and Whitney suggested the Burboun salmon and she hit thejackpot for sure! So tender, moist and flavorful!
