I would give 0 stars. Ordered online and when I arrived there was a note on door. Closed Sorry oven broke. Tried drive through... next day, ordered and was told 10 to 15mins so I went in Kroger, bought a few things, went back and there was about 4 peoplestanding around waiting. I asked about my order( it?s been around 25mins already) and was told they were waiting on chicken tocook. Waited another 15mins and told them I wanted my order or give me refund. Still wasn?t ready. Rude employees. Couldn?t geta refund. Never got my food. Tried the one on Allisonville. Was told at6:30 they weren?t taking any orders. They close at11:00pm. Pathetic. How are they still in business? Arrived just after 2pm. Waited for what felt like 15 mins. Got the attention of an employee prepping dough. Fingered at me 1... sec. Then seen a child run up front grab a phone then went out back. What looked like the mgr came from the back with a tacobell bag, having a conversation with another employee just saunter up to the counter. Not told sorry about your way how can Ihelp you "What can i get for you" Then was told it'll be a 10 min wait on pizza. Just horrible customer service. Will notrecommend. Read more
Just ordered from here, food hot, what you?d typically expect from Little Caesars, but when we pulled up, service was atrocious.... McKenzie was either speaking with an employee or on her phone. I usually wouldn?t mind fun workplace banter but I don?t thinkthe topic of conversation is appropriate in front of customers. I wanted to order a pizza, crazy bread and two sides of cheesesauce. She confirmed ?extra most bestest and two cheeses? (but didn?t confirm the crazy bread) and told us to pull around, so Ikinda figured it?d be wrong. When she came out to deliver, I received a pepperoni pizza and a cheese pizza - a miscommunicationI?m sure. But when I apologized and told her that it wasn?t what I ordered, she seemed upset and brought back one cheese sauceand the crazy bread and told me it was the same price. It was not, I checked into it on my own time. But nonetheless I think thesituation could have been handled better on her part and I wish I would have gotten what I paid for. Read more
The employees are usually nice when I go, but they could really do better on the food. I've had little Caesar's a lot in my life... and I know it's cheap/not the best quality but this location is especially bad. I've never been been given so little sauce, soglad I paid for almost nothing. That's 2.5 ounces, including however much the plastic container weighs, so maybe an 1.5 oz ofsauce? Pre ordered food and instead they gave me food from the hotbox. The pizza was so over cooked the cheese was all brown and black... and the crazy bread was dark brown. Must have been there for hours on hours were usually it?s undercooked. Disgusting. Read more
