First time here and Kathryn was outstanding going through the menu in detail. Not busy at all on a weeknight. Pros: ribeye was... tasty, medium cooked (slightly thin), not overly fatty, loaded potato was huge (needed to squint to find the bacon), blue cheesesalad was fresh/crispy, and ribs were flavorful. Cons: baked French onion soup had a pitiful piece of cheese that didn't coverthe bowl and never melted despite a hot temperature, sirloin steak was thin, tasteless and way overcooked. We ordered thesirloin medium rare and ribeye medium. The ribeye came out pink, the sirloin was totally brown. Kathryn warned against thesirloin, but hubby didn't listen. Rolls were hot, but no comparison to Texas Roadhouse. Read more

Maybe I walked into the restaurant with too high of an expectation. It's been a long while since I've sat at Logan's for a meal,... a couple of years. We entered the restaurant to be greeted by the host that led us to a table, we really wanted a booth with asoft seat for a family of four. Looking around the restaurant was not even a 1/8 full and it became an issue stating they wereshort staffed. The host had to talk it over with others.?.?. We got our booth. The waitress then greeted us and we proceededwith our order. Meal came to us incorrectly and it took forever to get the food. We did notice what appeared to be a gentlemansitting at a table to the side of us where the waitress spent most of here time chatting, we figured it was herboyfriend/husband or whoever he was. So this is the reason for the long wait for our food and refills etc.?.?. We still tippedwell just not to be rude, but it was not a great experience and the food pretty much matched the service, not so great. Onepositive note, the rolls are still great! Read more

We're new to the area and decided to try Logan's. It is a spin-off of Texas Roadhouse, but in a good and different way. Drinks... were good, food was good portioned and came out hot. Our server was excellent and I'll be damned but I can't remember his name(I believe it was a universal name). Will be back for sure. Read more

I?m really disappointed in the quality of the food. I used to love Logan?s. Ate at the one on the south side a lot years ago.... Our waitress was great. It was her first night by herself and she did a wonderful job. The ribs were burnt. Steak had no flavor. My grilled shrimp was over cooked and really dry. $100 later and we left extremely dissatisfied. We won?t be back. I?ll stickwith Outback and Texas Roadhouse. Read more

I got an order of ribs, with a sweet tea, sides of Mac and cinnamon apples. The only thing good was the cinnamon apples. The Mac... and cheese was plain and kinda dry, the roles aren't terrible but are pretty plain too. But the ribs were the worst. Myboyfriend and I were eating, he tried it first (first time ordering there) and he complained how hot it was. I'm super sensitiveto spicy but tried it anyways. We weren't able to finish them and looked at the menu to see if we missed something. We didn'tsee it saying spicy or hot on the menu. That's an issue, that can actually hurt people and nobody told us that it was made thatway. That would be the first thing I'd tell a customer. Texas Roadhouse was way better than this. Read more

I do want to be impressed by this place. It?s almost a Texas Road House quality but it can?t escape the Applebees... identity. Service was great. Loved my server. Fast, friendly and chatty. Food was just okay. Ribs were fall of the bone, verytender, flavor was there but had a bitter taste they didn?t settle well overnight. Mashed potatoes were runny. Corn was goodbut lacking flavor. Green beans were okay. Mozzarella sticks were good not over or under cooked but it was your basicsticks. Salad looked good, not sure how it tasted was for my wife. She seemed to like her fried chicken n gravy Read more

I haven't been to a logans for some time. I honestly thought they had gone out of business. I was excited to see one while... driving so i stopped in for a bite. I hate to say it but Logans has not aged well. I gave a two star review. One of the stars isfor great service. Skylar was my server and he was top notch. The other star was for the lightning fast speed with which my foodarrived. The atmosphere was also pleasant. I ordered Fried mushrooms as an appetizer and the 16 oz ribeye with Caesar salad andwaffle fries as my sides. I enjoyed the waffle frys and the Caesar was fairly good. When I ordered my steak I told Skylar mediumrare and that if they had to lean one way or the other lean medium. I said I'd accept medium, medium rare or anything inbetween. When my steak arrived I cut into it and honestly couldn't tell how done it was based off of color because the steak wasnot a color that I'm familiar with steak being. It felt done under the push test but It was such a poor "cut of meat" that itkind of didn't have color. It was kind of gray and not because it was well done. In no world was it fire grilled over mesquite. That baby was broiled at best. It reminded me of a ponderosa steak. Maybe me thinking Logans had went out of business wasprophetic. I implore you, go to Texas roadhouse or longhorn I did my best to capture the weird color and texture of the stakebut I don't think my phone can actually capture actually capture how bad it was. Food was ok, but not everything was hot. Seemed as if some of it was placed on plate and sat to cool off. 2 pieces of broccoli... as an extra side seems a little skimpy. Waitress did not bring drink refills when asked, after waiting with empty glasses, orrolls. There were numerous empty tables, so it was not because of overload of customers. Our bill came to a little under $40. Ihad $50 gift card. She asked if I needed the card back or just place the rest as a tip. Seriously? 25% tip for bad service? ButI was ready to walk out--- so I said, "sure." Am I wrong to think that was rude? Don't think I'll be going back. Read more
