I ordered a garden turkey, which I got, ordered plain chips which I did not get, I got Jalapeño chips. I ordered a gallon of... unsweetened tea and she only charged me for a cup of tea, so that is what I received. Need to use their ears and listen. Nothappy when when I got home. Read more

This is one of our favorite lunch spots. No matter how busy they are, the people here are great. The service is outstanding.... Food comes hot and right every time. Even the newest team members are fast, courteous, and friendly. Read more

I really like Mcalister's. This particular one was not quite as good. We had to go up to counter to beg for salad dressing, ... butter, sour cream. My king's club had as much honey mustard on the outside of the sandwich as inside. Read more

Comments like this make me feel like a Karen and I promise I'm not a Karen! I'm not sure if it's the Pandemic or not, but this... place has taken a turn unfortunately. I completely understand that the Pandemic has created a shortage of help especially in thecustomer service industry. We order food To Go from this location at least once a week and I end up coming back up to get itemsthat they forgot from the order or got wrong. We have collected a lot of gift cards due to the errors with the orders over thepast year. We appreciate the gift cards but appreciate the quality, service, and experience even more. My last visit wasn't thebest visit but the team lead or Manager wasn't getting the support from her team that she needed. I won't mention his name but,there's definitely a wildcard on the team and his conversations weren't appropriate for the customers or team members. Themanager and team members had to pull him aside more than twice to address his outbursts in the little bit of time that I wasthere. He wasn't bringing harm or threatening anyone but the conversation definitely could've taken place away from the counteror not at all. My family really this place but some of the team members and frequent order errors make it hard to enjoy thislocation. Read more

Definitely do not recommend...this was my sons "main course" it was supposed to be cheesy chicken and broccoli....no chicken and... the broccoli and cheese were hard and looked old....I took it back and the manager tried to justify it by telling me "well itjust looks like that because the cheese is melted on top" didnt day anything about the missing chicken...my daughter ordered agrilled cheese sandwich and it wasnt even toasted...it was half warmed bread with a little bit if cheese in themiddle....definitely not impressed....I saw kitchen staff with trash bags tied around their neck so that makes me question ifthey ran out of aprons....no one seemed happy to be working there and customer service was extremely poor. We wont be returningto this location and we only live 5 min away. Read more
