Online order pick up only at this location at 7pm on a Friday. Decided to wait and ordered two regular sized dishes. When... opening the containers our food did not even fill up half of them. Had six tortellonis in one dish which was mostly mushroomsand little sauce. Paid for extra chicken in the second dish and only had four pieces and was drowned in sauce. Should have takenpictures of both of the meals. Maybe there was a food shortage at this location? Not worth it for $35. Read more

Service is poor here. I waited quite awhile for a to-go order and when I noticed that the woman behind me in line was getting... her order, I knew something was wrong. They had "lost" my order. I didn't have time to wait, so got a refund. Read more
We had three cheese tortellini and pasta with grilled chicken. The food was very good. The service was poor. The young lady... taking the order seemed disinterested and at times rude. The man who delivered the food slammed down the pasta and slid thetortellini to me. Is it a prerequisite to be rude to work here? Read more
First time ordering they forgot my side and drink. The manager was able to refund me for that. I order a second time and they... forget my drinks and my potstickers. I tried calling (6 times) they never picked up the phone. I understand that right now someplaces are short staffed and I'm not even upset I just want a refund for the stuff that I didn't get. I had never tried a Noodles and Company before, and am glad. Could not have been a bigger disappointment. I ordered buttered... noodles with additional toppings, thinking that is fairly simple. The butterned noodles were not cooked and had no taste ofbutter. Elementary school noodles are better than this place. Read more
Ordered the Mac-n-cheese with Parmesean crusted chicken. The orange milky stuff was at the bottom of the bowl, cold noodles on... top, and shredded cheese, warmed over salty chicken pieces on top. Will not be returning. Read more
