Nothing in stock. No rolls. No shrimp, no buns for kids burgers. Out of salmon. Food took an hour and 15 minutes to come out... and it was cold. My pasta was so cold it was discolored on the top. It's been a long time since we ate at an O'Charleys. It's not like it use to be. Loaded potato soup did not have much to it only... a few small pieces of potato in it less than 5. Hostess cleaning tables needs a refresher course on how to do it! The servicewas very good! It was on a Friday lunch hour on Veterans day and it was busy. I had such a fantastic experience at this O'charleys today! I was immediately sat and served which never happens anywhere else;... the place was moderately busy too! I had a delicious seafood dinner that was cooked very well. Fries were perfect and seasoned!I wish I could remember the bartenders name, I believe it was Rob. He was hilarious and had such a great attitude! O'charleysshould be very glad to have him. The manager and Rob checked in on me just the right amount. I will definitely be coming backhere anytime I feel like a good ol' fashioned sit down dinner. I used to just order delivery but I think it's worth it to driveto the location now. Also, the hostess was bussing tables and sanitizing them in her spare time. I wanted to reward her as wellbut her shift ended before I was finished eating. My father and his beautiful wife took my sister and I out to eat at O"Charley's. We're here visiting them from Texas. My first... time ever eating there. The rolls are really delicious. The food was great. But to top it off our waitress by the name of Gigiwas absolutely amazing. She had a super friendly attitude and was on top of her game. Our first time at this location and it was really good! The service was fast and friendly. The food was really good and kids eat... free. This is a very affordable place to take the family to eat.
