Barcode was still on the red pepper in my food.
I have tried this location at least 12 times in the last 3 years. They just cannot get it right. Tonight they didn't add my... orange chicken to my bigger plate, after I waited 7 minutes for it to be made. I love the chain, but avoid this location. Or atleast go inside so you can ensure you get what you ordered. Read more
Sorry to say but very slow on window. Had my online order but Doors were shut for lobby entry. Had to stand in drive through 30... min. Behind 4 cars. Gas is still expnsive you know. Enough of that we do not have people to qork excuse. Read more
I forgot to ask for a water in the drive thru, so I once I got up there I asked for a water. The girl was rude and annoyed that... I asked for a water. Not good service. I work in fast food, so I know it can be stressful, but all I did was ask for some water,and she was rude. Read more

This was one of the worst customer services experiences I have had in Fishers. Our order wasn?t ready even though we had put it... in over and hour and a half before and came to get it after the pick up time. We had to approach three people to figure out ifthe order was ready because they just kept saying ?okay? when we asked. We waited awhile because we understand things can bebusy. We then realized it would be another 30+ minutes before the food was ready. We offered to do substitutions with otheravailable things and they told us they would up charge us. Then we asked to cancel the order, they told us we had to stay in thestore and wait in order to cancel the order because the manger was busy. In the meantime they threw the food away and told us wehad to cancel our order, but that they couldn?t cancel it yet. We ended up leaving and will dispute the charges on our creditcard.
