I have tried this location at least 12 times in the last 3 years. They just cannot get it right. Tonight they didn't add my... orange chicken to my bigger plate, after I waited 7 minutes for it to be made. I love the chain, but avoid this location. Sorry to say but very slow on window. Had my online order but Doors were shut for lobby entry. Had to stand in drive through 30... min. Behind 4 cars. Gas is still expnsive you know. Enough of that we do not have people to qork excuse. Read more

The food was great, the service was good, but when I arrived at 8, they were mopping the floor and all the chairs were being... stacked on the table. They didn?t close till 9. I had to eat outside, which wasn?t a huge deal, just hot. Read more
The quality of food is not real great at this location... Vegetables are often overcooked. Portions are tiny. They are also real... busy (it's a popular spot) so it's better to order online first to skip the line. Read more
Slow service but good food. I order 15 minutes before I arrived and still had to wait another 15 minutes for my food to be... finished because they were out of orange chicken. Overall I love panda express, but allow yourself the time!! Read more
This was one of the worst customer services experiences I have had in Fishers. Our order wasn?t ready even though we had put it... in over and hour and a half before and came to get it after the pick up time. We had to approach three people to figure out ifthe order was ready because they just kept saying ?okay? when we asked. We waited awhile because we understand things can bebusy. We then realized it would be another 30+ minutes before the food was ready. We offered to do substitutions with otheravailable things and they told us they would up charge us. Then we asked to cancel the order, they told us we had to stay in thestore and wait in order to cancel the order because the manger was busy. In the meantime they threw the food away and told us wehad to cancel our order, but that they couldn?t cancel it yet. We ended up leaving and will dispute the charges on our creditcard. We saw many frustrated people waiting and some leaving. Read more
