Swung thru for lunch and had the nicest employees working at this location. Always a joy to run into nice people while... traveling. Restaurant was clean. Bathrooms were clean. Food was hot and cookies were great, per usual. I?d say that PaneraBread is one of those restaurants that is pretty consistent all the way around. My friend and I meet up every other week and usually spend a few hours at minimum catching up. We always order a bagel and a... drink and are absolutely amazed at the customer service and quality of food. I have a love/hate relationship with this location. I absolutely love their soups, sandwiches, pastries, macs and coffees. But... everytime I've ordered salad lately they give me "on the verge" of rotting mixed greens. They're constantly wilty and spottinglike spinach when it's starting to turn. They need to change out their salad when it gets this way, it's disgusting and a wasteof my money. It's slimy like eating canned spinach. Read more

Overall, I love a good lunch at Panera. We?re lucky to have a location close to our office, so we order take-out often.... However, sometimes you get a dud. Today, the dud was the French onion soup. Beautiful location. However they allowed me to purchase a cookie that they didn't even have and left it out of our order. I had... to go back for it, and get a different type. Kitchen staff was also confused and yelling "who's order is this?!?! ? instead ofusing the computer like they were trained to do. Read more
