I have always loved Penn Station and we go to this one a couple of times a month. Tonight they made my sandwich wrong. I got it... home and realized it had something on it I cannot have. I took it back and asked for it to be remade. I was frustrated, butnever raised my voice. The girl making my sandwich walked down and was whispering to the girl who puts toppings on and they bothlaughed and then she walked back to the grill to make my sandwich. When my sandwich came out and ready to have toppings put on Iwas watching the process. The girl turned and stared at me then turned her back to block my view as she continued to work on myfood. At that point I chose not to take that sandwich and requested a refund. I have no idea what she was laughing about andhiding while making my food. I did speak to the manager who apologized and was the only one who apologized. I understand help ishard to find but I do not trust them making food.
