The staff was very friendly. The place was very clean. Made sandwiches to my special instructions without a problem. Used... coupon accurately. Only disappointment was the French fries seemed small. Medium like a small and the serving was small also. Used to be enough to share. Read more

I have always loved Penn Station and we go to this one a couple of times a month. Tonight they made my sandwich wrong. I got it... home and realized it had something on it I cannot have. I took it back and asked for it to be remade. I was frustrated, butnever raised my voice. The girl making my sandwich walked down and was whispering to the girl who puts toppings on and they bothlaughed and then she walked back to the grill to make my sandwich. When my sandwich came out and ready to have toppings put on Iwas watching the process. The girl turned and stared at me then turned her back to block my view as she continued to work on myfood. At that point I chose not to take that sandwich and requested a refund. I have no idea what she was laughing about andhiding while making my food. I did speak to the manager who apologized and was the only one who apologized. I understand help ishard to find but I do not trust them making food. Who knows what they will do to your food if they don’t like you or you upsetthem. Read more
The only thing really wrong with this place is the fact that their prices are the only thing that’s “East Coast”. We... ordered 2 regular subs, 2 regular lemonade’s and 1 medium (more like small) French fry and it was over $30….we’re done! Food is good but portions are down including what’s on your sub and prices are up, way up. Read more
Is it me or does it seem like the bread It's getting thinner and thinner and the meat inside is getting less and less and I... think it's being cooked too fast it's not being sauteed as much. Years ago it used to be amazing. Now it's just okay. And ofcourse the bread has to be toasted twice for me easily otherwise it would be almost raw. Read more
Always a great experience at Penn Station! Fries are amazing and the artichoke sandwich is great too! Try substituting the mayo... for teriyaki and add onion. Delicious! Read more
One of the best hot subs you can get. Always made to order. And the fresh cut fries (also made to order) are the bomb.... Atmosphere could use some improvement ... So carry-out is the best way to go here. Read more
