After having applied for this position and not getting it because the owners are so picky about their staff from what I... understand I was very disappointed. The food was okay but the price was expensive. And the staff was less than cordial. Theyliterally stood around and let one guy do all the work. And when we went in I ordered and he proceeded to make my order make myorder. Then he turned around and said anything else? While my husband was standing there and never got even asked what he wantedand he was right next to me and the one paying. And it was obvious. My husband said yes I actually haven't ordered yet. We stoodthere for at least 10 minutes before they took my husband's order and the other two people just walked around and picked uporders coming in for instant pickup instead of helping out with a customer standing there at the desk like we were. The location had a nice, clean build. The staff was young, needing a little more experience or a manager reviewing output. Our... sandwiches were just ok. Everything was slightly bland. We felt options such as Pot Belly, Penn Station, and Jersey Mike's offermore options, flavors, and better overall value. As a local option, it's fine but nothing too special. Friendly staff. Delicious Subs and Salads. Nor many choices for Sides, just a pickle, chips, or cookie. We want to try a bunch... of great things on the menu! Needs better ventilation though, as the smoke from the grille filled up the whole restaurant. Theyfinally opened the front door to let the smoke out.
