Ordered a pepperoni pizza with jalapeños on half, arrived 15min later. I got an old pepperoni pizza with jalapeños sprinkled... on one side. For more than $30 I would hope for a fresh pizza and not an old one with a "Use First" sticker on it. Read more
If you're out of garlic parmesan sauce, next time just offer another flavor or something in it's place please. I've been twice... and my experience for the two times was very different. 1st time ordered boneless garlic parmesan wings. Texture and flavor wasgreat, and there was even extra sauce in the container. Today, same wings, and the breading tasted like they had been heatedafter being fried. Sat under a warming lamp long, popped in the oven, or refried. I'm not sure what the a actual cause was, butthey hurt my teeth. There was no sauce on the wings, only a little in the crease of the container (see picture). I had to removethe outside breading and press the wings into the tiny lil bit of sauce to try to get any flavor. Very disappointed today. Read more
Pizza was hot and ready right when you said it would be! Drive thru employee was very nice and read off my entire order back too... me to assure it was correct. Pizza tasted as good as it looked. This location has been there for as long as I can remember. Iwas a book it kid with several pizza parties at that location. Service and food has always been great! Keep up the good work! Read more
Ordered a pizza and cheese sticks. Got an empty box with no cheese sticks. When I called they at first refused to give a refund... only a store credit. Wasn?t asking for the whole thing just the sticks. The manager finally gave me a full refund but the levelof tone of annoyance that I would even bother him was astounding. I tried to tell him I only wanted refund for the sticks and hejust repeated I would get a full refund and then said have a nice day and hung up. I understand that they are short staff butwith this guy you are doing more harm staying open. Read more
This place is a time machine. You?d think it was 1987. I don?t think anything has changed in here. But it?s well-kept, as clean... as you can hope for. They even play music from the eighties. Might as well be a set piece from Stranger Things. Read more
