Our waiter was great. The person greeting you at the door needs some people skills work. A family with a small child or many... small children sat at the table before us and the floor was absolutely covered in puffs, crayons, and bits of food. I get it, Ihad five kids under 3.5 at one point. I just think dragging a broom under a table between guests wouldn't hurt. Especiallybecause it wasn't super busy. My kids enjoyed the balloons when we left. Read more

First time here for me! Mushroom garlic Hamburger sandwich was good! Salad was amazingly fresh and delish! My friends food was... not as well unfortunately. Her burger was raw. Overall okay experience. Read more

Forgot the waitresses name but she was very sweet and a Good waitress. She came back to the table a few times to make sure we... were doing OK or needed anything and me & my mother and my daughter & granddaughter split our sandwiches and she was nice enoughto cut our sandwiches in half and put them on separate plates and the same with our milkshakes. Very nice and thoughtful. Soshe got a Big tip. Read more

The food and drinks were better than I have experienced in the past and at other locations. Our server was friendly, but not... very attentive. Read more

Typically a good family place, this visit was mediocre. There was plenty of seating and no wait on a busy Sunday afternoon. The... food was tasty, and drinks were cold. I'm aware finding good work is hard these days; adjusting for that, there's still room toimprove. We waited for a good portion of our visit for our first round of drinks. Also, kids' food came out fast but was droppedoff without giving us any silverware or napkins. A good part of our visit was waiting for things, which is tough with impatientkids. Staff was friendly, just slow. If we were not at the mercy of ravenous children and were able to go without drinks for awhile, I would have given 4 stars. Read more

2nd week in a row we have been there. Moderately busy and we got in sat in Jordan section who was our server. Second time with... the server too. My daughter and I decided we would ask the waiter for a sample of all the free dipping side sauces. Jordandidn't blink and eye. Got us all the sauces and even my wife joined in on the taste test. Campfire Mayo was the best. Bottomlessstrawberry lemonade that can be its own meal. Service was outstanding. Tip your good servers well and your great servers evenbetter!!!! Burgers my daughter and I had were great, fried pickles were a little salty but great experience Read more

What an enjoyable experience. We shopped all day and were looking for a restaurant we saw some time back but couldn't remember... the name. It might have closed due to covid. As we were looking we went into the Hamilton Center to find some place to eat. Wesaw Red Robin on the search for restaurants map. Found it. Got right in and we were not disappointed our server was Jury withthe emphasis on the "ry". She was outstanding. We got the fried pickles for appetizer. No picture, they didn't last longenough. I got the Royal burger, my wife got the tavern burger with no bun. My daughter got the Soutbern Charm burger. We all gotthe steak fries. Note: the burgers actually look like the pictures. Smell and taste better though. Read more

This was my first Red Robin experience. I mostly eat plant-based/vegan. We saw they had the impossible burgers here. I was happy... with the friendly service I received. The food was cooked well. Read more
