I?ve ordered here pretty much every day for the last year or longer. So we?re talking like 300+ visits. This is a fantastic... location and very consistent with the quality of drinks. I?ll even a little out of my way to go to my favorite clover rd.Starbucks. They handle so many orders and still get my order right. Ordered 2 items online and arrived at the location with an incredibly long drive-thru line at nearly 3p. Went inside to pick-up... my order instead and nothing was ready 10 minutes AFTER the suggested pick-up time on the app. I asked if I was at the rightlocation showing my app order and it indeed was correct. They informed me that half of my order was given to someone else andthey didn't have anymore. My drink also wasn't ready so I had to wait an additional 5-10 minutes for that and for them torefund my app payment card for the sandwich. I placed the order online approximately 30 minutes prior to the end time onleaving the store with just my drink that i still had to pay for. Nothing else was said about an apology for the inconvenienceor a credit for my time. I will never stop here again, and especially not if you're in a hurry, I would suggest otherwise. Read more
Definitely the worst Starbucks. The building is in a tight parking lot, people wrap around the building so many times that the... car trying to leave drive thru is stuck and its a nightmare to watch. This isn't a one time thing either, everytime I come it'sa mess in the lot. Like I have seriously set in line for well over 30 mins because there drive thru line is so backed up andpeople are blocking each other from leaving. And don't even think about parking and goung inside if you park you are stuckbecause all the cars behind you that have wrapped around the building. The worst part is, whenever I get from here the stuff isalways really low quality. I got an ice coffee once that when I finally made it to front of line is was like all melted and justtasted watered down. Paid like $7 for ice water with a splash of coffee flavor. I've seen Starbucks "on every cornor" but forsome reason this one is fairly isolated from others so of course if my other half wants it I tell her be back in an hour. It's a5 min drive from house. Everytime I order any type of hot beverage through the drivethru of this location it always ends up being 3/4 full and lukewarm... at best. Today is the third time this has happened to me (I guess I should have learned my lesson by now). I never have an issuewith their iced drinks, and the staff is always nice about offering to remake or refund the items...but its definitely not aissue I want to be dealing with over drinks that can be pricey. I went to the drive thru. I love the java chip frappucchino and cheese danish. Yummy
