Our food was okay. Cheese fries are covered instead of getting a cup. The double cheese on the burgers wasn't even melted.... Ordering is kiosk only and the UI is pretty bad. Really made me not really not want to go here when Culvers exists. Read more

Thought we would grab a quick bit to eat so we stopped at this location. First the location appeared to look closed. There were... no lights on the menu so we started to pull off when the drive-thru worker spoke through the speaker. We backed up to hear thisperson say hello very rudely. We asked her to give us a moment a half a minute later she rudely spoke again. It was so bad Itold her to STOP being so RUDE. She responded with ?you can just Leave?. I replayed gladly and drove off. I?m sure she?s thereason your restaurant was empty! No manners! This is why we didn?t know what was on the menu to begin with. We stoppedcoming because of terrible service like this. This location has really been doing things right a while now. I have to assume it is under new management. Service is fast. The... employees are fantastic, the food is back to the expectations of great Steak n Shake food! Kudos for turning this around! Read more
New interior at this location includes an order kiosk, no wait staff per se, but they have dine in, take out, and drive through.... We were not familiar with the order kiosk and someone came around to help explain the screens and some assumptions wereoutlined. You can serve yourself on drinks and condiments. It's a new world now, but I have to say we had the best service everand the food was fresh, arrived hot, and was very tasty! Read more
Steak and Shake menu is pretty much the same everywhere. What made this experience stellar was the great service. There are... kiosks to place your order but the person ate the front was still very helpful with special orders. She came around to make surethe people eating were doing OK. Nice experience even for a self serve restaurant. Read more
