This Subway location has gone WAY downhill in the last several months. Most of the time there is no manager on duty and there... will be two kids running the show, and their hygiene is disgusting. I no longer trust the food at this Subway, and will nolonger be eating there. Subway needs to get it together FAST or this location WILL FAIL. Read more
So we stop in about once a week for lunch, and it?s always really good. Today, however was a different story. There is only one... person working(I think his name is Cory,) and the place is very busy. This guy is working very hard by himself, and his positiveattitude when faced with a store full of hungry people is to be commended. His attention to detail and generally calm demeanorgiven the circumstances is something you don?t see much these days. When a 7 year old says ?those workers should be fired? there is a problem with the staff! They threw food around and then the... girl checking us out defended their actions saying they were ?just trying to be fast?. Cheese actually landed on one of theemployees arms. When I asked for the managers information our food was shoved towards us. Really ridiculous behavior by all. I did get their names as well as the manager whom they said was not there. I had a ten times better experience at this Subway than the one a cpl miles south of here. Ordered the exact same sandwich as I... did last Saturday at the other store and the food and staff was exceptional. Well worth the extra cpl miles if your down near32. This is one of my favorite Subway restaurants! I used to work here when I was in high school, and while the staff has changed,... the environment is still full of friendly and helpful people. The management is great and the people that own the restaurant arevery nice. As for the food, this food is vegan approved! I always order the veggie patty on wheat, and it?s always good. Today,there was maybe too much brown mustard on the sandwich, so it was dripping down my hand as I ate, but overall it tasted great. Read more
I love this location! Every time I go in the bread and cookies are fresh and the team that works there is always so friendly.... There are many subways that I refuse to go in due to poor management, but this location has got customer service down! Read more
This is a good Subway location. It's one of the few places close to where I work. Employees are all very friendly.
