If I could give 0 or negative reviews I would. The WORST subway experience I have ever had. First instead of a foot long gave me... two halves (who knows if they were actually half), then very messily put in the cheese and ingredients and when I asked forextra of things because he barely put any he scuffed. Lastly instead of nicely cleaning the sandwich and wrapping it he justwrapped it and by the time I got home the sandwich was apart everything falling apart. I ordered a 6 inch Italian bmt it is supposed to come with 3 pieces of each meat. This subway ALWAYS short you. They use 2... pieces each are unless you insist you get a sprinkle of veggies. They try to pinch every penny. This place is 3 minutes from myhouse sit I drive 15 away to get to the better one. Read more
We went in to order two footlong subs but the coupon reader was not working so decided to just order one. We went with a cold... cut footlong and the associate without asking, decided to toast the sub (which we did not want. Then when we got to our car werealized that they did not cut the sub in half. Additionally, there were no napkins in the restaurant that were not behind thecounter. Fairly poor experience from my experience at Subway restaurants. Read more
We are frequent patrons here. Quick, accurate fulfillment of our made-to-order subs. Clean dining space. Employees not overly... friendly, but also not rude. I'm willing to overlook the lack of Hoosier Hospitality for an accurate order though because no onelikes to open a sandwich and find undesirable toppings or condiments. Read more
Incredibly poor customer service experience. Was rudely informed that they could not take coupons, any coupons, with no... explanation as to why. Put me in an awkward situation with my kids as we came here to use a 3 foot longs for $17.99 coupon.Instead, I ended up having to spend $36.65 on 3 foot longs and 1 six inch. No apologies, no offers to edit to make it happen,and didn?t even advise to order in the app and it should work. Then rudely made the sandwiches without putting hardly anytomatoes or lettuce on them. As I sat and ate, I watched the employee to continue to disrespect all the other customers. It wasa very frustrating and sad experience. Really challenges my view of subway. Read more
Worst subway ever. Burnt 1 sub and the other never even toasted it per order. Employee didn't care about his job or what he was... doing. Definitely not ordering from this restaurant again. They're higher priced than the other subways as well. Take note. Theprice of an Italian sub in downtown Noblesville is $5.99 and at this one it's $7.99. Read more
