So we were skeptical, but darn if you want fresh delicious sushi and sashimi this is your place. I thought the menu was lack... luster at first and priced high, but I was wrong. You get what you pay for. The salmon, tuna, everything was perfect andenjoyable experience. Felt like we were back in NYC. Will be coming again... also, they loaded the bag with soy sauce, I can'ttell you how many times we order from other places like 6 rolls and they put three soy sauces in the bag... even after you askfor extra... didn't have to do that here, 5 stars all around, haven't eaten inside, but a table there while I came to pick upseemed to be having fun and the women that greeted me was very pleasant. Husband and I went here on Saturday night around 8pm. There was only one other group here, so no wait. This is my 3rd time here... and I really enjoy coming for dinner. The atmosphere is nice and it's quiet. The staff are so friendly I got 2 special rolls anda glass of plum wine Lady bug roll and the rainbow roll Both very good! They tasted so fresh, lots of flavor. The wine wassweet, very tasty. My husband just got sake. (He doesn't really care for sushi) but he loves to come and hang out with me when Ido. I haven't tried any of their entrée dishes (chicken teriyaki, Japanese Ramen, udon ect.) I know we will at some pointthough. This place is a wonderful restaurant. Ordered the rainbow roll w/ miso soup, the Yellowfin roll, Tuna roll, and Alaska roll. Everything was prepared fresh and it... tasted like it. Even the soy sauces kept refrigerated! The wasabi was good and hot, and the ginger was quite potent too. I haveto say I'm not a fan of miso soup, but this is the best tasting one I have ever had. The restrooms were clean and well kept, inthe staff was very friendly. Now that I am driving through Noblesville for work, I will definitely be stopping in frequently,and so should you. Read more
Quiet restaurant. Clean restrooms. The atmosphere is neat and festive. The food was tasty. We had three rolls and we left with a... box of food. The prices were pretty affordable and normal for sushi. Server was very nice and helpful. We will be back. Read more

Some really good sushi and a great alternative to Kobayashi down the road. I prefer Sushiyama's sushi options. Have been twice... now and will be back. Read more
