They dont turn on the ac in the kids area, while the rest of the place is really cold (it?s been like that for at least 8 weeks)

Stopped by for a meal today food wasn?t great, their service was trash, after eating the kids wanted to play on the playpen and... we have a toddler who couldn?t go down the slide alone so we sent my 13 year old cousin to go with him, right after employeeBeatriz E. Let us know that older kids weren?t allowed to play in the playpen. Which we agreed, apologized for the disturbanceand then a manager who did not give us her name and was not wearing a name badge rudely started telling us to leave and to notget back in the play pen when we were all ready leaving. I had left my phone inside so I went back inside to look for it with mybrother and the lady started telling my brother that he had to get out and that she was happy that I had lost my phone and thatthat?s what we deserved. She did end up calling the police on us when we did absolutely nothing and to top it off they had ayoung kid about the age of 9-10 helping in the front, handling food and when the police officer arrived they hid the boy in theback.
