They dont turn on the ac in the kids area, while the rest of the place is really cold (it?s been like that for at least 8 weeks)

Stopped by for a meal today food wasn?t great, their service was trash, after eating the kids wanted to play on the playpen and... we have a toddler who couldn?t go down the slide alone so we sent my 13 year old cousin to go with him, right after employeeBeatriz E. Let us know that older kids weren?t allowed to play in the playpen. Which we agreed, apologized for the disturbanceand then a manager who did not give us her name and was not wearing a name badge rudely started telling us to leave and to notget back in the play pen when we were all ready leaving. I had left my phone inside so I went back inside to look for it with mybrother and the lady started telling my brother that he had to get out and that she was happy that I had lost my phone and thatthat?s what we deserved. She did end up calling the police on us when we did absolutely nothing and to top it off they had ayoung kid about the age of 9-10 helping in the front, handling food and when the police officer arrived they hid the boy in theback. I ordered my meal with other family members passing through, food wasn?t great served cold like as if they had been out for a... while. Also manger was really rude after the meal my toddler wanted to play in the playpen but me as an full size adult couldnot go up the with him so I sent my cousin who is 13 to go down the slide with him soon after an employee Beatriz E. Came by andlet us know that bigger kids couldn?t be on the playpen do to unstable playpen. We agreed my toddler ran back which I sent mycousin to get him down at the same time the manager which did not give us her nam started badmouthing us and shouting andthreatening to call the cops we tried to explain that my cousin was only getting my toddler but she completely went off afterone time of being asked to get the big kids off. She did call the cops which was a waste of time for us just passing through andthe cop himself. The cop just said have a nice day no trouble here. Asked for kids hamburger meal with cheese, girl over intercom said 'cheeseburger' and I said yes. When I went to go pay I asked... to make sure that she knew I wanted the kids meal, she said no. Even tho I previously stated that I wanted a kids hamburger withcheese. She gave a bit of attitude then asked to go around and wait. She came out to hand me the bags of food. We always checkinside the bags to make sure we got everything and she "ugh" (annoyingly said) because she was waiting to give us the final bag.Not good to be giving attitude to your customers especially knowing you got the order wrong thru the intercom. Super tasty burgers and fries, paid $25 for party of 2. Fresh vegetables, warm bun and wonderfull fries. Did not give 5 stars... only because facilities need renovation an upkeep, specially the restrooms ! Read more
It was good too get back in the USA. Had to grab s burger and Carl's JR didn't disappoint. Love it!
