Gave it this high because the manager covered the check. Chicken was way over cooked, sent it back second batch was better but... small for the price. Wife's pancakes came after the she finished the rest of her meal. My drink was left empty for way too long.Willing to try again because of the manager. Horrible service. Waitress didnt come back for refills and had to ask for utensils, waited over 45 mins for hamburgers. The food... was bland and lukewarm. Born and raised in Nogales and never been so disappointed in my own hometown. Read more
I completely understand what it's like to work at a place understaffed and too busy. But I was DYING for some chocolate chip... pancakes and was so excited for my cheat meal. These were what I was given, hardly any chocolate chips. ???? Read more
I've been to this IHOP several times but this last visit was by far my best. My server was Humberto and he was excellent. So... much that I gave him an extra big tip and I made sure the manager knew how pleased I was. They had a really good special forbreakfast which I consumed and enjoyed. Read more
We had the best time here. Anna, the best host. Turkey sandwich, was delicious.
I love there pancakes. The chicken fried steak was good and so is there hashbrowns.
I love that they have gluten friendly waffles and pancakes. I only wish that I had more options for lunch and dinner. They will... make an effort when possible however, and that is always appreciated. Service today was a huge disappointment though. Theyscrewed up the waffle, forgot my silverware and my eggs arrived almost 10 minutes after my wrong waffle. Read more
