Be sure to THOROUGHLY check your order (especially if it's a large one) before driving all the way back home. Ordered the 12pc... tenders meal, plus the 12pc original recipe meal with the breasts/legs. Both buckets had the breasts&legs, no tenders at all???? Read more
I've always disliked the service here. It always feels like you're being rushed and they always force people to pay and park... away from the drive through window. But today took the cake! I told the girl at the window that I wasn't going to move becausethe drive thru was shaded and my mom has lupus so she can't be exposed to strong sunlight. The girl basically told me they hadother customers to tend to and to move. Turns out we could've totally waited by the window as the order came out quickly WHICHIS STRANGE FOR THIS KFC but it was overshadowed by the lack of compassion and the price. Read more
Been here eating here all my life but last week order the 3 pc meal of chicken on the drive thru and soda, and they charge me... $16 dollars, didnt give me receipt , i think they charge me for something else , no more KFC in Nogales, people becareful theywill doble charge you, im going Churchs in the future for my meal???? KFC has been a family staple as far back as I can remember. My last visit was over $50 for 2 orders of 12 piece chicken strips... (stips only not the meal). This is chicken not steak. KFC has priced themselves out of several lifelong customers as a resultof this hike. We won't be back. Read more
Disgusting and poor customer service through the drive thru , when I went by and tried to order an 8 piece meal , the lady on... the drive thru speaker stated that she had sold out of chicken and it would be about 20-30 minute wait time to cook . I td herthat I would wait for the chicken , while I approached the window , the cashier at the window was being rude after being askedif I would get a discount for waiting for the chicken , she had explained that they had chicken after all to complete the orderand no discount would be offered , I asked if they offer a military discount and again was rude . She told me the total and Itook my credit card out and stated and told me to stick the card on their machine that scanned credit card and refused to touchanything and refused to hand me my receipt , slammed the window on my face without even telling me that my receipt was in thebag . Again never offered any napkins or anything at all , when I asked to talk to the manager on duty , she also was rude andinconsiderate and stated for me to have a good meal and a goodnight and slammed the drive thru window on my face , I WILL NEVERBUY OR WASTE MY MONEY THERE EVER AGAIN !!!!!!!
