Me & wife stopped at this McDonald's to eat breakfast, noticed alot of people standing in line at self orders ! No order takers... at the counter, no register ! Well we don't work for sorry McDonald's ! We left ! Never to return ! Just like sorry Walmart ! They want us to do there work ! Pay less employees ! Read more
Worse service, customer is not important here, and worse if you aré inside the store, you can complaint but they do nothing at... all to get customer happy, angry employees, worse management, missing items a lot, half cup of coffee, no sugar, more that 30min to get orders, cold food, missing items Read more
Communication with the workers at the drive thru is difficult. You can ask for no sauce and say it as clear as day and they may... either do that, remove everything but the patty, or double the sauce on the burger. If you try to clarify with them the orderbecause the screen took way too long to update, they will give you another order of whatever it is you ordered. Either thespeaker system is total garbage and needs to be finely tuned or these people need to brush up on both their communicationskills. At the end of the day it all comes down to this. Park your vehicle in the parking lot and use the computer kiosk tomake your order. If you REALLY need to use the drive thru, go to the McDonald's in green valley or sahuarita as communicationwith them is way better than in nogales. Read more
Worst service ever! They always take forever with giving people their food. Every time I go I am there for at least half an hour... (not even exaggerating). At the moment I made a mobile order for a JUST a medium coffee! Well I?ve been waiting for about 20minutes now for them to come out and bring me my coffee. Common people it?s just a coffee that probably tales 2 minutes or lessto serve. These people are just so lazy. They are always really rude as well. New employees with respect are needed in thislocation! Read more

I understand they may be tired or upset for a previous customer but that is a daily life of a job. Seriously some of the people... at the cashier station they talk to you in a rude type of way. Very clean and well kept. Just the customer service part islacking quite a bit. Read more
I was a bit annoyed at their ordering process. You order on the self service stations but have to go to the register to pay.... That made no sense to me, why can't I just pay when I place my order? I did appreciate the sanitizing wipes available though!! Read more
