Everybody was super friendly the place is clean and nice and you can use the restroom so that's cool. But the coffeel just kind... of seemed weak like really watered down compared to some of the other Starbucks I've gone to. I went in to this Starbucks in Nogales to buy a cold Matcha Latte. I always love how receptive they are at this store to custom... orders or modifications. I always ask for extra matcha because they tend to make it light at every SB. I will definitely bereturning to this store for more of my coffee and tea needs. Read more

The drive thru takes forever! I started ordering on the mobile app but literally every single time my order is never ready by... the estimated time. This has happened over 10 times. I get when it?s busy I?ll wait but today it wasn?t busy when I walked inand my drink was about a half hour over the estimated wait time. I got used to my drink never being ready on time so I startedcoming for it a few minutes after the ready time. They still have me waiting. Today was the last straw. I noticed a few timesthat when I order multiple drinks in the same order they are made at different times. Some drink get watered down while theothers are being made and that?s because they take half an hour to make the drinks. I don?t understand if I place an order whyare all drinks made separate. I?ve had my order wrong here before but in my recent days here my orders have been perfect and the staff is very friendly. I... erased my old 1 star review and I need to give props where they are due. Cesar in particular has gone out of his way to not onlybe extremely understanding of the last situation but has even remembered my recent order, which is awesome because I?m fromScottsdale and I?m not down here all the time.
