I would give zero stars if I could. Get ready to wait HOURS for your delivery and be prepared for all of the toppings to be on... one side of the pizza, which has happened more than once. I'm done ordering from this location. Read more
Ordered pizza several months ago. It was left on our doorstep with no doorbell ring, knock, or text. Pizza was cold by the... time we found it. OK, fine, called to let them know manager said they had trouble with 3rd party drivers. I get it. Theyoffered a free replacement next time. Great, no problem. So a few weeks later we decided to take them up on the free pizza andadd a couple of sides. We called and let them know we had a free pizza and was informed that they were out of the primarytopping for this specific specialty pizza. OK, fine I said, just give us a different pizza. Employee said he couldn't do thatso, asked to speak with the manager. Manager refused to get on the phone, and told the employee we could either get thespecialty pizza without the primary topping or call another time. I mean really? At this point I just asked for my money backon the original order, and won't bother ordering again. Nice way to lose a customer and a sale by being obstinate. Worst Papa John?s I?ve visited. Pizza received was not what was ordered. It also looked like someone had dropped or flung the... box. Pizza toppings were all over one side of the pizza, none on the other side. A bunch of young guys working there, standingaround on their phones. Never again! Very disappointing! Ordered twice and both times it was dry and over baked. The pizza was so hard I thought I might break a... tooth. The BBQ chicken had no chicken on it. So sad as I always loved their pizza. The franchise owner may want to overseequality control. Read more
Let me start by saying I love Papa John's pizza. But, this new location in Nolensville has been 'behind' so many times, that I... feel like they deserve a poor review. I hope thier local franchise owner reads these reviews, because I am concerned that theyare getting a poor reputation in the community. So I?ve been to this particular Papa John?s about 4 times now, and I will have to say every time I?ve gone, the staff has been... really nice to me. They?re considerate and kind. So for me, that goes a long way! I will say in spite of that, every time Ihave gone here they mess something up on my order. The 1st time everything was perfect, the 2nd time they undercooked the pizza,the 3rd they gave me a completely different pizza than what I ordered, and the 4th time they forgot to give me any marinarasauce for my cheese sticks (when I asked for extra). Normally I?d give this place a 1 star but considering it?s new and they?renice to me every time I go, I?m giving them the benefit of the doubt and will continue ordering through them! I?m not one to typically write reviews, but this is the second awful experience at this location in the past month. We ended up... having to cancel our order after waiting over 1.5 hours and getting the run around on the phone. The manager told me they?handed our pizzas over to DoorDash? with no tracking number or contact information. The order never showed. I had to call Amexto cancel the charges. Read more
