Horrible experience! Order food but screen does not light up so you cant see to pay. Girl finally brings the food out but its... wrong. Takes my credit card to pay for it and doesnt return. A couple of things about this location. 1. This evening, my wife stopped in to get a snack for our son between a couple of... sports events. A couple of girls had pushed a lot of the buttons on the drive-in spaces and then hit the walk up buttons. Theygot served their food before my wife was even answered. So she left without any food. 2. I use the app & ordered ahead about 15minutes later to get (again) the snack for our son & a couple of little things for my wife & me. When I arrived I checked inimmediately & it still took more than 15 minutes to get my order. Meanwhile kids were going to the walk-up boards & ordering &getting served before my food arrived. The food was below par for Sonic locations. I don't know what is going on with themanagement or the team today, but the franchise owner needs to get a handle on it. Read more

Their staff is friendly & service is always quick. Clean & well maintained facility. Food quality is what you would expect... (frozen/pre-cooked), however they prepare it well with consistant quality. Read more

Since I don?t see my review from ~6 weeks ago I?m reposting my review. This has to be the worst Sonic food I?ve ever ordered. ... Cheeseburgers tasted like they were left over from lunch and reheated. Definitely not freshly cooked. Tater tots were cold soI had to request a replacement which the young lady couldn?t understand. I can?t wait for a Whataburger to open near us. Read more

All I?m going to say is check your order before you leave. We come here a lot and lately our orders have either been completely... wrong or at least wrong additions to burgers we ordered. Servers are very friendly and it helps to speed up the process byordering on the app but if they continue to ignore ordering instructions from app orders, then we?ll either have to just wait itout and order at the stall or not go at all.
