Quick and easy, had my order ready in moments, one of the cute members helped me out and answered whatever questions I asked and... even gave an honest answer about the drinks. Overall good good. Definitely better than the raging waters Jamba Juice. Read more
Kayla makes the best smoothies. She also saw my daughter slap my smoothie as I walked out the door causing it to all spill.... Before I had my daughter belted in her seat out she came with a freshly made smoothie to replace what I had ordered. That isawesome customer service. I was so embarrassed and frustrated but she completely turned it around with her kindness!! Read more
Every time we go in here, there is a problem. The drinks are super liquid . And today I got acai primo bowl. Tue girl made a... mess of the rim on the bowl and just slapped the lid on instead of getting a new fresh clean bowl. She took some frozen piecesof fruit out and put them back in the blender with some liquid and turned it on for literally 10 seconds. It was more liquidythan the acai. W hi ich made the top part of my bowl soupy. It almost spilled on me in my car. The staff was not very friendlyand the 2 of them acted like they hated their jobs. New people need to be put here. I love Jamba Juice, but normally I go to the one on Magnolia Avenue in Riverside. Last week I went to the Riverside store,... bought 5, $5.00 gift cards, equals $25.00 right? They were GREAT to provide the extra $5.00 gift card that they advertise & anenvelope for each! Awesome! BUT TODAY I WENT TO NORCO, bought the same exact 5, $5.00 gift cards, THEY SAID I HAD TO BUY $25.00CARD IN ORDER TO GET THE DEAL & no envelopes! GO TO RIVERSIDE! :) TREATED BETTER IN RIVERSIDE!
