I've never heard of a place just deciding not to make hot sandwiches because the worker is a BIT WARM. The person in front of... me ordered 2 hot sandwiches which were made for him- no problem. When I ordered one. I was rudely told, they are shutting offthe grill, because they felt the AC isn't working good enough. That place was colder than my house. Yes its hot here, its 105degrees outside. No ones AC is able to keep you ice cold. I asked for extra meat since I can't get the sandwich I wanted, andI was again told rudely "that will be an extra charge". Then she sighed and did it, after I verbally agreed. Possibly the worst Jersey Mike's I've been to. My sandwich is always soggy and drowned in wine. I've ordered about 3 times now... and it does not get any better. Sandwiches can be dry and flavorless at times. They need to get it together cus it's making thesurrounding locations look bad. Read more

Regardless of who they hire and put behind the counter Jersey Mike's proven recipe for a cold sandwich is my idea of a great... lunch they delivered time and time again on expertise and customer service I love the flavors and taste that come out of thislittle shop. If you want and crave a sandwich then this is the place on steroids. It's a little on the pricier side of thingsbut the splurge and The Squeeze is worth the juice. Read more
