Ordered a large pepperoni and sausage pizza with light sauce. When I got there to pick it up I found it was made with Alfredo... sauce which we did not want. The counter guy was cool and offered to remake but when he called it back a guy named Fern came upand started arguing with me, saying we had ordered white sauce; seems he was the one who took the order. I did not order 'whitesauce' and if I had wanted Alfredo I would have ordered it by name. This guy got so bent so quickly that I didn't trust him toremake my food without spitting on it or worse so I left. I have worked as both a cook and a manager so I get restaurantpressure, but have never had such poor service or received treatment such as this. I asked for a few jalapenos and they wouldn't give them to me. Wanted to charge me $1.26 for 3 or 4 little slices as a side. ... I'm not looking for free stuff, I even offer 50cents. She was very strong in telling me they are $1.26. Really small issue butit's things like this that really piss me off how customer service just does not matter. I'll take my business to Pizza Guys. I ordered a half cheese/half pepperoni pizza. The pizza got delivered to the house with full pepperoni on it. I called them to... tell them of the mistake, and a young kid answered the phone. I tell him what happened, and he told me, "actually I made thatpizza and I don't believe that's its whole pepperoni". And I say "are you saying I'm lying?" I wouldn't have called if my orderwas correct?? I even asked him if he wanted me to take a picture of it and he said again it was a half pepperoni/half cheese. Ispeak to the manager and she acted as if correcting the order was a full days worth of work and was being sarcastically nice.Horrible customer service. Check your cameras, idiots. Ordered a pizza was quoted 15 minutes so I drove over to pick it up. Was told it would be ready any minute 20 minutes in. At 30... minutes I reminded them and they said it was coming out of the oven. At 45 minutes I got frustrated and asked where my pizzawas, it was at this point that they told me they "lost" my pizza and were busy so I could wait 10 minutes while they made meone. Finally they gave me my pizza and my money back, an hour after I originally ordered. I dont mind a wait, obviously placesget busy. But at no point were they honest about what was happening and I wasted so much time waiting. They weren't even veryapologetic until I got mad. 2 stars for the refund and the pizza was good.
