Great pizza. Very clean store. Lee, friendly cashier who took the time explain different menu offering. Also provide the... daily promo deals. We order two medium pizza. 20May 2022 (update) Correna knows how to retain customers. She is real professional excellent girl. Plus Danielle is excellent... girl who took care of us after we received the french fries amount less than half of what it should be. After listening mycomplaint she took care of us in a professional and fast manner. Dec 2021 (update) Malia and Michael, you guys are superexcellent. Malia resolved my issue with complete satisfaction and great smile. Malia is v.v. professional. This branch taste ismuch better than other branches of Pizza hut. I've tasted pizza hut in Oman, Dubai, Egypt, China, and 3 more countries. This oneis not less than any best I ever tasted. Quality of service is Superb. They deserve 10 stars out of 5. Large 3 topping pizza $26. We picked it up! First of all we ordered bacon, I didnt taste bacon but once on my 3 slices. ... That's 1 bite. The jalapenos also scarce. It was outrageous. Unfortunately I wont be eating here for at least a year. Comeon people where r the toppings? If you are going to charge me more add the toppings! You dont get the money and to be cheap. It's actually a great Pizza Hut location. The staff is always awesome and the food is good. I'd give it 5 stars if we were... basing it on basic chain franchises... never a complaint here when we want Pizza Hut. (Altho ditching the Habenaro Mango hotwings is worth dropping a star all Its own hahahaha!!! Those were AWESOME! Bring them back and we can talk about getting thatstar back ????) Read more
You never delivered my pizza, placed order at 610pm with a confirmation text, got a text at 624pm that my pizza was out for... deliverym 7pm rolls around, nothing so I called the store to inquire. The employee that answered couldn't find my order, got hissupervisor who called the driver which then claimed to have knocked on my door and rang my bell twice as well as call me, mybedroom is right next to the front door, no one came to my door, being less than 3 feet away from the front door, I would haveheard, plus all my dogs would've barked their heads off, as well as I have no proof or indication of a call from driverspersonal number in my history. Was told I could wait another hour or get a refund, I felt I deserved a free pizza, all I orderedwas the $15 dinner box and it's not my fault the driver didn't make an effort to reach me Read more
I called in and ordered a large 3 topping pizza at this establishment and granted I asked for extra sauce the 18.23 price for a... single large pizza (being quite small for a large at that). As I walked to the location I saw a sign for 7.99 carryout largepizza when I asked why this wasnt brought up ot applied to my pizza over the phone the cashier said i need to request the dealin order to get it despite ordering exactly that and it was not rectified. And to top it all off the double sauce order waslaughable as there was barely any sauce on the pizza. I am not returning and I do not reccomend others waste their money herewhen multiple better pizza shops such as sports nut. Scratches and other shops being so close. Read more
