Fail. 7:22AM. Cafe. Grande dark roast, lite soy, one Splenda. 2 mins 15 seconds. Pay to cup. In that time the barista says they... don?t have Splenda. When handed my drink, the barista says no sleeves, sorry. Just as well, the beverage wasn?t hot enough tonecessitate a sleeve. Why so long when NOBODY was in line before or after me and there were at least 5 people tending to thedrive-thru. I might try again to see if they do better, but I might not. Read more

As a former partner of 4 years, this is the only Starbucks I will go to. Even if it?s out of my way. They are SO friendly and... always make my drink correctly! Just have to give a S/O to these amazing partners! ???? Read more

My co-workers and I come to this Starbucks all the time as it is the closes one to our work place. However this time around... rather than the super friendly team members that normally help us we were helped by a Ann the store manager. Who took our orderof 6 drinks which were a little complicated. Ann was breathing and sighing into the mike very much displeased with our order.Wanting to make changes to the order and just very audibly annoyed. As someone who has worked a drive-thru I was very muchshocked at how she was acting while on the mike with a guest. I understand that sometimes it?s hard to keep it together with acomplicated order but if you are in a managing position you should know that, that is no way to sound while on headset with aguest. I have never visited a Starbucks that has made me so uncomfortable in my own car? and just from briefly speaking with thevery nice lady on the window it sounds like the whole team is having a hard time working with Ann. Ordered ahead on the app, to pick up in the drive thru. Got there and saw a long line of cars, but they got everyone in and out... in a hurry! Order was ready when I got to the window. Everyone always happy and cheerful!! Read more

Ordered my coffee this morning, venti iced white chocolate mocha. They didn?t put any pumps of white mocha in my coffee.... Literally served me straight espresso and milk. Do better Starbucks! It tells you on the sticker you stick on the cup how manypumps to put in it. Whoever made my drink didn?t even put the standard 6 pumps of white mocha in my drink. Read more

Alex is the best !! She makes my morning every time I see her in the drive thru, She really brings the great costumer service.... Lady with white hair as well, when you go inside she?s been here for a long time and I always have fun talking to her. Went through the drive-thru this afternoon, requested a Wendy?s Frosty inspired Frappuccino and they nailed it! Was this... possibly the best drink ever? YESSSSS! Perhaps it was the excessive sugar, or the heavy whipping cream; maybe even the caffeine,but I was fly in?! Great job! Read more

It?s been a year not to have coffee Frappuccino from Starbucks. Yesterday, when I got my order, I wondered if they changed the... ingredients of coffee Frappuccino? First, it?s not sweet at all. Second, it looks white and it tastes bland. I am not sure whatI got is coffee Frappuccino or coffee milk? It really doesn?t taste good.
