I have never been more upset with subway. I use to come all the time. And today I got a sandwich with nothing I ordered on it... also wasn?t ready for a mobile pickup when it said it was. And I called to complain she said that would talk to her manger and Icould get a refund so I asked for her name to call to let them know who I spoke to and she just said okay thank you have a goodday and hung up on me. Get it together guys!! When you have Uber/Post Mates orders going out, you need to double check and insure the order is... completed and correct before it leaves your store because we do not have the luxury of checking and correcting it as a postmates customer! We are home with Covid, so can not come in to get the rest of our order, which defeats the point of placing anUber order to begin with anyways, we called and this was their solution, for me to drive down there! We ordered 6 cookies, andgot one and the wrong kind too ! Ordered 2 sodas and got one! Look at the receipt, how do you miss the 5 other cookies whenputting this order together ??? Employees were great, but a strange layout. Kind of uncomfortable to start a line. But -- clean and food as expected.

Despite it being late and the young lady being busy with online orders, and working her tail off she made my son and I feel... welcome and treated us as soon as she could. You could tell she was a little overwhelmed but she handled it like a champ. Intimes where so many people are overworked, or flat out just don't want to work, this lady shined through.
