i'm not sure what is wrong with all of the previous reviews for this location but i made an order via the mobile app for pick up... via the drive thru and had no issues. there was a bit of miscommunication through the speaker when i arrived but they had myorder ready, the food was warm and i was out quickly. the guy at the window even asked me before leaving if more sauce wasneeded but everything i ordered was already in the bag. Drive thru takes forever...don't risk it if you're in a hurry. Several times I have been stuck in the middle with no way out. ... Last time I timed each car at the menu/speaker. Took them an average of 4 minutes per car to place orders. But, they werequicker at the window...there was just one car in front of me when I was done with my order, and it took about a minute and halffor them to get order and leave. Food was ok, what I expected, and employees friendly. My only complaint is being in line for20+ minutes. Read more
They don?t close until 10pm and I arrived at 9:40. I was waiting at the drive thru speaker for a couple of minutes until I had... to say something for them to talk. They said they were closed. I asked them, don?t you close at 10? They said, they ran out offood. Their customer service is always lacking at this sight as well. Read more
This location is trash. I'd drive to another location that isn't this hard to deal with. My fiance tends to come to this... location frequently and there is always some sort of issue with this store in particular. This time around we both came togetherto grab something to eat before an appointment. We sat in the drive thru for about 20 minutes before the car in front of us wasable to put in their order. The girl taking our order had a terrible attitude. She also had an attitude at the window, threw ourentire order in a single box, and had such a hard time giving us napkins when we asked. If you don't want to work here thendon't. You have other options. Aside from this instance this Taco Bell is CONSTANTLY out of their freezes and claim that their"machine is down" every time my fiance has gone through the drive thru. This location needs to be run more efficiently becausemanagement is non-existent here. Another downside is the fact that this location also keeps their doors locked so there isn'tanother way to avoid going through the drive thru. For being a new location it's terrible, just avoid it.
