Horrible sandwich. I doordashed it and then called and said I didn't want the ham on the sandwich it came with turkey, ham,... roast beef. They put one side turkey and one side of the sandwich roast beef, why???? Not sure why they wouldn't put both meatson each side of the sandwich. Day OLD bread - Never visit on A Sunday. We have been to the San Jose location numerous times and the sandwich was excellent... and bread was fresh. What?s sad is that they advertise ?baked fresh everyday? FALSE definitely NOT on Sundays !!! We visited9/22. The place was completely empty. The sourdough roll was so bad that when we got home we took the ingredients off and onreplaced with some store bought bread. The Dutch crunch had the right flavor but also terribly dry. Another negative - wetried to order online and they charge you a 10% processing fee just to place your order. Big disappointment - we will nevervisit this location again ! Read more
Been searching for a good sandwich spot in the area for a while now. Found the sandwich spot looking through yelp. So glad I... found you!!! I had a #6 and it was one of those sandwiches that even if you are full you have to find room somewhere in there tofit it all. It was tough picking a sandwich when every single one on the menu sounds good. This is not subway where they justslap stuff on bread so be patient. Your sandwich might take a few minutes but worth the wait. To top it off the service wasgreat!! The icing on the cake was the free cookie we received at the end of our meal. Don?t use your atm card here. They charge you a fee per item on your bill to use your card. So for three sandwich?s and to make... them a combo it was 6 extra charges at 4% each. So that is a 24% increase on your bill. Just crazy. Had I seen that before Ipaid I would have walked out. But never again for me. They don?t tell you at all about the charges when you hand them your cardto pay. Read more
