Extremely slow service and they always get my order wrong. In one of my visits, I received the wrong change and was doubted when... I told them. I literally had to wait for them to check the camera to see if I was telling the truth. Also the drive-thru ishorribly made and exhibits high risk! The drive-thru line is blocking 2-way traffic in the parking lot. Another issue is whenleaving the drive-thru, you are blinded by a wall and unable to see any vehicle crossing your path when attempting to leave.This can result in an accident and will definitely make you at fault in the event you actually do get into an accident. I don'tknow what the designer was thinking but the drive-thru definitely seems like an after thought! This dunkin is the closest to myhouse but I drive 10 mins away everyday to another location just to avoid going here. I do not recommend this location toanyone! Read more

Quality and service has dropped terribly recently. I have been coming here for over a year and I?ve noticed the difference in... wait time, in service, and quality/taste. Overlooked it and thought everyone has bad days and people make mistakes. Went intoday, everything was smooth until I realized in my Large iced coffee I ordered (for the high caffeine dosage and the goodtaste), most of it was ice. Not just a lot of ice, i?m talking 30-40% coffee and 60-70% ice AND IT WASNT EVEN FILLED UP ALL THEWAY. customers spend money on their product, the least that they can do is make the product properly.They don?t usually do thisso it?s not like I didn?t know how much ice they usually put. Another time I came in with a friend and after waiting for so longeven though we ordered on the app beforehand, his coffee tasted like vomit, but she did remake it and give us an extra 2 donuts.But I just want to see improvement. Waited literally an hour total for a doordash order, was asked to come inside for them to tell me they lost my order. Checked... location and everything and it was in fact, this location. Super upset and a waste of my time, don?t recommend wasting your timehere and I?ll never be coming to this location again. I?m not sure how they mess up a large hot coffee with cream, sugar, and French Vanilla swirl, but they did for the third time.... Not only that, the coffee is either watered down or tastes burnt. Good food overall, but major service difference between morning and night shift. Been a regular for awhile, and the morning... shift is always fast and quick with food, and friendly over the speaker, however its the exact opposite at night. Spent 10minutes waiting on a croissant while in the morning it wouldve taken no time at all, definitely needs to have more attentionpaid to training the night staff. Read more

Cut the young team some slack?? We all started somewhere. They try their best. The kids in afternoon shift went out of the way... by making our drinks to our liking. (Speaking for my picky toddler) I got the caffeine I needed for my next job. . & my childdidn't cause chaos over the hint of "spicy" mint in his chocolate frozen drink.
