I ordered my food online. It was ready, correct and on the rack waiting for me to pick it up on time. I ordered the hooks and... ladder sandwich. I guess having an option of a small, medium or large sandwich is a new option. I ordered the small and Iregretted that decision because it was very small. But that was on me. We ended up here because of their free sub for the name of the day promotion. My mother's name was chosen and we do not regret... trying it. I?m here at this location right now and the guy just charged us $1.20 for American cheese that we did not ask for and they don?t... have. When we asked about it, there was no apology or offer to refund it. After trying to place a basic order with difficulty,it was not even worth it to try to fight it for a refund. Then to make matters worse, it?s been over 20 minutes and not oneperson has received their order. This is RIDICULOUS! If I hadn?t already paid with a gift card then I would have left 15 minutesago. I have eaten in other Firehouse Sub and their food is divine but in this place in this location they are the worst, I made an... order to collect and when I opened it everything was bad the bread was super old damaged a disgusting ???? and the ham was alsodamaged and bad Everything tasted very bad, I couldn't eat it, I don't recommend it at all, never go to this branch.
