I WILL NEVER be a customer at Jimmy Johns anymore. The delivery has been terrible. On top of that, the last 3 times I tried to... order, they cancelled my order stated they closed earlier than expected. I deleted my account information, uninstalled my app,and decided to go with Subway or Jersey Mike's. Their food is fresher and taste better anyway. The longest day I live, I WILLNEVER ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Trust that when you lose a long time customer, word of mouth gets around. Read more
I have to say, I?ve never been the one to think of Jimmy John?s when deciding on a place to eat, but I am SO glad we went there... tonight.. we were scared we wouldn?t get there in time because most businesses unfortunately close 10-15 earlier than theclosing time. I seen they were cleaning up inside, to my surprise when I grabbed the door, IT OPENED???????????? My man doesn?tgo to Jimmy John?s much, and the girl (she complimented my tattoos and was super helpful and sweet) Assisted in helping himdecide on something he wanted. The boy (long-ish curly hair) began working on our order immediately.. I ordered a Tuna, and heordered a Turkey. I?m absolutely BLOWN at how NEAT he made these sandwiches. As I ate, NOTHING fell out of my sandwich, and ittasted SUPER FRESH. I just wanted to commend the 2 that were there who had a MORE THAN EXPECTED & SUPERB attitudes. Sandwiches were alright. My first time in JJ, not a great experience since it's not my kind of sandwiches. No chicken option, no... toasted which, no hot sauce. Won't repeat. Read more
Customer service was horrible. This was my first time in jimmy John's and no one could tell me what was good or even help me... along. If it wasn't for the customer behind me helping I would have walked out. Managers help your workers know how to becustomer service friendly. Read more
