I placed an online order but when I went to pick up the restaurant asked me to contact the customer support to cancel the pick... order because the item was not available at their restaurant. I had to call the customer care after driving 20 mins to therestaurant to get my refund. Never going back to any KFC again. Pathetic system that wouldn't let the restaurant cancel theorder or not even have a system that would block us from ordering when the item is not available. Read more
DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give them less than one star I definitely would. I just went through the drive-through and received a pot pie in less... than 30 seconds, that was great, But I can say I have never had the misfortune of eating a pot pie as crunchy and OLD as thisone is. I called the KFC At least 30 times before someone answered and and responded that they could not hear me my phone isbreaking up. I called back at least 30 more times to not even get an answer at all so obviously that was on purpose to get meoff the phone. Don?t bother coming here after 9 because they never have any food. Got there 30 minutes before close and they only had 3 pcs of... chicken left. Very sad staff. This has happened multiple times. They only worried about getting off the clock on time it seemsand not the customers. Read more
