I placed an online order but when I went to pick up the restaurant asked me to contact the customer support to cancel the pick... order because the item was not available at their restaurant. I had to call the customer care after driving 20 mins to therestaurant to get my refund. Never going back to any KFC again. Pathetic system that wouldn't let the restaurant cancel theorder or not even have a system that would block us from ordering when the item is not available. Read more
DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I order my food and waited 20 minutes so that it could be fresh I bit into my food and blood was... bleeding out of the chicken it was so much blood I took the food back and the managers were touching all over the RAW CHICKENAND TOUCHING OTHER MATERIALS WITH OUT ANY GLOVES!!!!! If I could give them less than one star I definitely would. I just went through the drive-through and received a pot pie in less... than 30 seconds, that was great, But I can say I have never had the misfortune of eating a pot pie as crunchy and OLD as thisone is. I called the KFC At least 30 times before someone answered and and responded that they could not hear me my phone isbreaking up. I called back at least 30 more times to not even get an answer at all so obviously that was on purpose to get meoff the phone. Don?t bother coming here after 9 because they never have any food. Got there 30 minutes before close and they only had 3 pcs of... chicken left. Very sad staff. This has happened multiple times. They only worried about getting off the clock on time it seemsand not the customers. Read more

I stopped here because I needed to grab something quick. Customer service sucked. It was not busy at all. Yet, the young lady in... drive through was lethargic, unfocused, couldn't remember my order, didn't give me napkins, straws, or eating utensils. Literally I?ve ordered here for years and the past two years has been insanely bad. I work at the Just Smoke in Lilburn and I... typically order from them every other Sunday but the past 6 months have been by far the worst I?ve seen. Every order is wrong,missing ENTIRE meals or just not cooked well. I order through Uber Eats and I don?t think I?ll be ordering here again.
