I have been a frequent patron of this location for quite some time. However, tonight was the last time. I arrive about 8:10.... There are a couple of people ahead of me and the gentleman directly in front of me order about 9-10 plates and needless to sayhe took if not all, a vast majority of the popular items. This took some time and the line behind me was almost to the door atthis point. By the time I got to place my order, what I didn?t expect was the horrible customer service given by Xica. I?m notsure if she was aggravated by the time she got to me, plus seeing the line behind me, but her attitude was disgusting. Alongwith that, I wanted certain items which would not be produced because they closed at 9 she said they were not willing to makeand we would have to choose from wha was available. So I?m presented with poor customer service along with a limited menu (andall of the other items looked old, cold, and crusty) which just makes it hard for me to patronize any place of business likethat. I?m sure other people don?t mind, but I can control how I allow people to treat me, especially when I?m spending my money. Read more

Ok grateful for the staff and management team. The middle of dinner service, they refused to replenish the sweet tea. They were... willing to give a refund. It seemed less customer focused. The food lacked flavor. #shrug Read more
We gave 3 tries but the store at pleasant Hill is way better. The noodles are dry,. And most are over cooked. They even... getting online orders wrong. We went there three times because it is just so closed to where I live, hopefully this willchange their food quality. See picture,. Did they manage to burn the cabbage but is under cooked. Update:. Worst Panda Express ever. No rice during lunch hour. There was a 1 Hour wait for rice. During lunch hour!!! While I was... standing in line, every last person's order in the assembly line was out of sequence. The staff was super friendly? I ordered steamed veggies, teriyaki chicken and honey sesame chicken?as I was eating my veggies I... noticed it was super crunchy so I spit it out and saw there was a bug in my veggies. I can?t tell what kind of bug but beware!The manager told me he could do a meal replacement?! I was so heated!!! I took it back and got a refund and made a complaintwith the inspector! This panda was super clean, the food as usual is amazing! I recommend trying the honey walnuts shrimps and the fried rice. The... staff was pretty kind and fast preparing our order, definitely will come back. Read more
